TMT Equipment/Variations
TMT has four car furnaces and two 4,300-gallon quench tanks to process large parts. Our largest furnace designed for non-quenching processes can hold up to 100,000 lbs and fit a foot print of 12’x45’x10′. Our mid-size car furnaces are co-located with our two large quench tanks with water and polymer quenchant depending on the grade of steel being processed.
